The designers commission it
The team that draws the installation is the team that energises it and signs it over.
Saif Noman Electric designs, builds, commissions and maintains industrial electrical installations from one workshop in Mosul. The disciplines usually split between subcontractors sit with a single team here.
An industrial electrical installation is rarely delivered by one party. The panel builder, the controls engineer, the generator supplier and the maintenance contractor each hold part of it. Every boundary between them is a point where responsibility changes hands.
We hold all six disciplines. The drawing, the assembly, the commissioning record and the service contract stay with the same team, in the same city.
Every handover in a split scope is a place where a fault can be discussed instead of fixed. A single contract removes the boundaries rather than managing them.
The team that draws the installation is the team that energises it and signs it over.
Scheduled and corrective servicing is written into the build, not tendered separately afterwards.
Assemblies are wired and tested in our own workshop before they reach site.
Two international standards govern most of what we assemble and program.
IEC 61439-2
Power switchgear and controlgear assemblies. Panels are built and verified to this part.
IEC 61131-3
Control logic and HMI work is written to this part.
These are the standards the work is built and tested to.
